Introduction
We are GRM : Guilin Rubber Machinery Factory.
One of the biggest tire equipment manufacturer in China.
According to the list of 20 world biggest rubber machinery manufacturer
in ¡°Euro. Rubber Journal¡±which did not list Chinese company, GRM
can stand the No.9 with the sales turnover of US$380 million in
2003 , and No. 6 with the sales turnover of US$660 million in 2004.
The GRM 'sales turnover of rubber machinery stands No.2 in China
in 2004.
Main products are tire curing presses with the yearly production
of 309 presses in 2003 and 500 presses in 2004 which stand No.1
in the world.
Since 1996, GRM have supplied world well-known tire companies
with more than 300 presses.
GRM supplies multi-products including extruders(single,
duplex, and triplex) ¡¢ mixing mill ¡¢ steel cutter ¡¢ fabric cutter
, tread line, redial tire builder ¡¢ painter ¡¢ injection plate press(cooperate
with US TMP).
GRM' subsidiary ,Guilin Chemical Machinery Factory, with
the certificate of degree 1.2.3 for pressurized contain designing,
manufacturing and assembling, supply chemical equipment for brewery,
pharmacy , paper making water electricity .
GRM is certificated as 'National technology center' which
is the only rubber machinery manufacturer who won this name. GRM
is in possession of 28 patents.
Planar and three-dimensional CAD, PDM, CAPP system. Now GRM is
under implement of ERP system.
Investment in equipment: RMB 15.9 million in 2003,RMB10
million in 2003 and RMB 10million in 2005.
